An escape room is an immersive, live-action experience where your group is given 60 minutes to solve puzzles, find clues, and complete a mission — all within a fully themed environment. At Entangled, every room has its own story, characters, and atmosphere designed to pull you completely into the experience.
Always private. You will never be paired with strangers. The time slot you book is exclusively for you and your group — no matter the size. The entire room is yours for the full 60 minutes.
Our rooms accommodate 2–12 players depending on the room. We recommend groups of 4–8 for the best experience, but we'll always accommodate your group size to make sure everyone has a great time.
Not at all. Our rooms are suspenseful and atmospheric, but they are not designed to jump-scare or frighten you like a haunted house. We focus on story, puzzles, and immersion rather than fear. That said, some rooms — like The Cursed — have a darker, more supernatural atmosphere.
No worries — most groups don't escape on their first try! We offer Redo Nights Monday through Friday at a discounted rate, giving you another full 60 minutes to try again. It's one of our most popular offerings.
Yes. Your Game Master monitors your progress throughout the experience and is available to give hints. Use them wisely — hints are your lifeline when you're stuck, and a well-timed hint can make the difference between escaping and running out of time.
Absolutely. Escape rooms are one of the best team-building activities available — they require communication, problem-solving, and collaboration under pressure. We've hosted corporate teams, sports teams, and company retreats. Contact us at [email protected] for group packages and pricing.
Yes! We love making moments special. Our Game Masters can hide gifts, cards, or surprises inside the experience for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, and more. Email us at [email protected] ahead of time and we'll work with you to make it unforgettable.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking. You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice incur a $40 rescheduling fee. Same-day bookings are not eligible for cancellation — rescheduling only (with the rescheduling fee).
There is no strict age minimum, but our rooms are most enjoyable for participants aged 10 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If you have younger children in your group, reach out and we'll help you choose the best room for everyone.
Yes. We have staff trained in ASL who can accompany your group through the experience. If you have accessibility needs, please let us know when booking — by email at [email protected] or by calling (657) 390-6022 — and we'll make sure the right accommodations are in place.
We're located at 1095 N Main St, Suite B, Orange, CA 92867 — on the corner of Main St and W Struck Ave. Our entrance faces Struck Ave. Parking is available in the rear of the building. We're also a short 10-minute drive from Disneyland and The Garden Walk.
